Returns Policy

✅ Eligible Returns

• You may return most new, unopened items within [14] days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Each returned item should be in its original packaging with the manufacturers labels attached.
• Incorrect items received

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Used or damaged tools (unless defective on arrival)
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
• Gift cards or downloadable products.
• Custom or special-order items.
  
• Please do not tape or attach labels directly to the retail packaging.
• When returning clothing, where relevant, the original hygiene slips must be in place. Please state the size and colour you are looking for if you want an exchange.
• We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.
• Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
  
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

🔄 Exchanges

We will replace items if they are:

• Defective or damaged upon delivery
• Incorrect items received
• Each returned item should be in its original packaging with the manufacturers labels attached.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request an exchange. Complete RETURNS FORM which must be filled in.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them as soon as we possibly can

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

📬 How to Return

To start a return, Complete RETURNS FORM which must be filled in with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions please see below.

DPD Parcel Wizard Return Service

Once you complete the RETURNS FORM you can then organise a DPD label for sending the product back to us. This is done on the DPD website. You will need your WEB order number to complete this. All the information on how to do this is on the RETURNS FORM page.
